You might be thinking... what about traffic, and SEO, and all that stuff?

Sure that's important too, but it's not the foundation of your business. There are always plenty of ways to get traffic (and I'm going to show you how), but if you haven't built your website on a solid foundation then it will never be as profitable as it could have been.

If your website has poor content and bad design, you can send traffic to it, but it won't take long for your visitors to realize you aren't providing any real value. Chances are, they'll NEVER return.

Similarly, if your website is not properly monetized, you can throw any amount of traffic at it, but you'll always be leaving money on the table.

One problem is that many of us have been pre-conditioned to build bad websites.

Perhaps you've bought into gimmicks, tactics, and page builders that promise the moon. One "guru" says one thing, while another tells an entirely different story.

Again I want to emphasize that these are NOT the same "AdSense sites" that you've seen circulating around the web. I've seen some of the other stuff out there, and most of it ain't pretty! Let's take a moment to look at each of the five kinds of templates...

HTML Templates

We started the collection with basic HTML templates for each of the 100 niche topics. This provides complete flexibility to adapt them, and to edit them in any HTML editor.

These templates are compatible with FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Coffeecup, Notepad, and virtually any other HTML editor.

Let's take a look at the style of the templates you'll be getting...

Let's talk about just how EASY it is to customize these templates. First of all, they're built fully functional with all the AdSense code already included, so it's simply a matter of plugging in your own AdSense publisher ID (takes about 10 seconds) and they're ready to start making money for you.

You can add your own content simply by typing it in the content areas within the template. You don't even need to know HTML. These templates are designed to be simple and easy to understand. Unlike some templates I've seen, you WON'T find a bunch of messy code scattered throughout them, making it difficult to add your own content.

The image to the left is an eye-tracking map, showing where people look and click first when they do a search on Google. Other studies have shown that web users follow a similar pattern on most of the sites they view. The area in the upper left corner is what gets seen and clicked the most. This area has come to be known as the "Golden Triangle".

Can you guess what I'm going to say next?

That's right, we optimized our templates using the "Golden Triangle" to make sure you get maximum exposure and click-through rate on your AdSense ads (or other ads you may choose to put in their place).

Okay, you can see in the above examples that we've placed income-producing ad blocks inside the golden triangle of our templates, and you can also see that there is some real science involved here! But let me break it down even further, to show you the level of care we've taken in the construction of these templates...

 

Even though they are BOTH in the Golden Triangle, I happen to know from my own testing that this AdSense block in the main content area will get more clicks than the skyscraper ad block just to the left of it. The problem with that, is that the FIRST ad block on the page will display the highest paying ads by default, and we want our visitors to click on the highest paying ads. Therefore we put this center ad block BEFORE the left navigation panel in the HTML code. That way you'll be showing the highest paying ads in the most-clicked area!

One thing I really like about HyperVRE is it's proper use of RSS feeds, unlike some "black hat" page generators out there. If you're syndicating someone else's content on your site by using their RSS feed, then you need to keep the link back to the author's site. That's simply a price you have to pay for free dynamic content.

If you're posting RSS feeds without a proper link back to the author's site (also called scraping), then you're basically stealing their content. Not only could that get you banned from the search engines, but it could also land you in hot water with the owner of the content.

Blogging is one of the easiest ways for a "newbie" to start making money with AdSense.

Why? Because the interface is user-friendly, and you don't have to be an expert to be a blogger. In fact, if you're alive then you've got something to blog about!

AdSense works great with blogs, because the content is real, it's updated regularly, and it's often focused on a particular topic. In fact, Google loves blogs for these reasons.

Notice I didn't say that Google loves SPLOGS (spam blogs). In fact I'd dare say that they hate spam blogs, and I am NOT going to teach you how to be a blog spammer. The kind of blog that Google loves--and the kind that I hope you will create--is a REAL blog.

To help you create targeted sites with actively updated content (the kind of site that Google loves), I took ALL 100 of our niche topics and turned them into WordPress themes!

That means you can seamlessly integrate a blog with any of the niche sites, regardless of whether you're using the HTML, HyperVRE, or XSitePro template as a base. I mention this because I often see websites with blogs that don't fit in. For example, a site may have a good design and nice colors...then you visit the blog page and it's a white background with a plain blue bar at the top (the default WordPress theme).

When the blog doesn't match the site, I think visitors kind of feel like the backdrop fell over. Fortunately, you can avoid that problem by using these WordPress themes in collaboration with your niche templates.

I ALSO created these WordPress themes to stand alone, so you don't have to use them in collaboration with one of the niche templates. In other words, you can just as easily use the WordPress theme by itself, and your blog will look great!

So just how easy is it to install a WordPress theme? I'm telling you, it couldn't be simpler. You just upload the files, login to your WordPress admin panel, and click one link to activate the theme on your blog.

Once you discover how simple it is, I wouldn't be surprised if you started adding WordPress blogs to all your websites!

If you don't like taking the time to create quality content, and updating your website, I'd suggest starting a forum. The magical aspect of forums is that they grow on autopilot, due to user-generated content.

As internet marketing expert Joel Comm mentioned his book, The AdSense Code:

 

"Internet Communities are a hidden goldmine which inspire fanatical loyalty, repeat visits, unique content, and a high level of user involvement with the content."

In other words, forums keep your visitors coming back again and again. By properly utilizing AdSense in your online community, you can turn those repeat visitors into a steady stream of income!

 

phpBB is a powerful forum system utilized by thousands of webmasters around the world. It's stable, user-friendly, and best of all it's a fully customizable Open Source solution. In other words, it's good and it's FREE!

The problem is that unless you're a PHP coder, it can be very tricky to integrate AdSense into your forum. That's why I decided to include these forum templates in this collection. These aren't just any old forum templates... as you might have guessed, these ones have AdSense already integrated into them, and they're designed to be integrated with the other niche templates!

How cool is this? You can add a matching forum to ANY of your 100 niche websites...

Many hosts have simple one-step phpBB installation wizards in their control panels. I'll also show you where to get phpBB for free if you need it. All you need to do it plug your AdSense publisher ID into a couple of spots, upload the files, and you're good to go!

I hope you can see by now that I'm providing the tools for you to build the kind of virtual real estate that can stand the test of time.

I'm going to keep this part brief, because if you're an XSitePro user, you already KNOW the value of what we're offering here.

All you need to do is load the XSitePro template (XSE file), and you can add your own content by typing it in the content areas. NO technical skills are needed at all.

Once again, we've already added the AdSense for you. All you need to do is open the AdSense panel from your XSitePro menu and plug in your publisher ID number.

As you've probably figured out by now, the mission of this project is to help you build your own virtual real estate. The templates provide a perfect foundation upon which you can build. However, sometimes its a bit tricky to get started with the right building blocks to put onto your foundation.

That's why I've included this website content package to help get you on your way...

Website Header Graphics

You may have deduced from the screenshots in the previous sections that we've included high quality top-notch headers with the templates.

That's all great, but I feel that its important for you to be able to easily customize those headers with your OWN site name, and any other changes you want to make.

If I had simply included the JPG header file like most template sellers, your options for customization would be pretty slim.

That's why I've included FIVE formats of each header! That's right, I've included five header files for each of the 100 niche topics (that's 750 total files!).

Here's what those files look like...

 

	Main JPG File - This is the header graphic that is used in the template folders. It is compressed for quick download and ready for the web.
	Blank JPG File - This is the same as the main header file, but it does not have any text on it. The advantage is that you can use it as the background for your website header, and simply overlay your HTML text on top of it. In this way you can customize your site's name without having to edit any graphics at all!
	Windows Bitmap Versions - I've also included the Windows Bitmap (BMP) for the main header and blank header. The advantage of these is that they are uncompressed, so you can edit them and resave them without losing any resolution. Also, they can be opened in MS Paint (comes standard on a Windows PC), so you don't have to own Photoshop.
	Photoshop PSD Source File - This is the original Adobe Photoshop PSD file with all layers and text. If your familiar with graphics, then you already understand that this allows you unlimited flexibility in customizing the header.

In my survey, one of the biggest things that people wanted in a template package was FLEXIBILITY. They wanted lots of options so they can do things their own way.

That's what I'm providing here. This selection of headers provides the ability for anyone to customize them with or without any graphics experience, and with or without any certain software program.

I've applied the same principle to the PLR articles that we've included...

Private Label Articles

I don't want to sound like I'm a broken record here, but again I'll say that the basis of a long-term VRE website is good content, and you need to provide unique content that your visitors will find some value in.

That's the reason I didn't want to go to the extreme by providing thousands of articles (which might give you the wrong idea). At the same time, I do want to get you started launching your sites as soon as possible, which is why I've included some PLR content to get you going.

Instead of quantity, I've focused on quality. I hired a team of professional writers to write 500 PLR articles pertaining to the niche topics that we've included in this package (5 articles for each of the 100 topics).

This is not regurgitated junk that you've seen floating around the web. These articles were written specifically for this package, and they have never been released before.

In keeping with the theme of flexibility, I've taken it a step further by providing every article in THREE formats. This is something I have never seen any article provider do before.

Again, the reason I'm doing this is to provide flexibility. The plain text is obviously easy to work with, cut and paste into other applications, etc. Additionally, most page generation software uses text files.
